Trying this blogging thing again....

Ok....I'm am going to try this again.....my goal is to have at least 1 update per week & then I will increase my goal! I'm also looking at a few sites to move my blog....anyone have a suggestion of a free, easy to use blogging program? Google is fine...but there is not a lot of opportunity for customization!
